Hello WWE fans, today we will look at the results of recent WWE shows, AJ Styles / SummerSlam, Becky Lynch / the WWE RAW Women’s Championship, Dolph Ziggler feuding with Theory, The New Day’s popularity, Natalya pitching ideas, and The Bloodline.

The Miz and Logan Paul made it official that they will have a match at SummerSlam, and it’s a safe bet that The Miz’ ally Ciampa won’t be far away. Currently, it looks like AJ Styles will not be at SummerSlam, and it’s a bad move to not involve someone on his level of popularity in one of WWE’s premium events. Styles would serve as the perfect “equalizer” to Ciampa. Remember, Styles was recently feuding with The Miz and Ciampa. In all honesty though, Styles has earned better than to be at SummerSlam just be at ringside for a match. But, having him at ringside for The Miz vs. Logan Paul would be better than AJ Styles not being at SummerSlam at all.
With Bianca Belair retaining her WWE RAW Women’s Championship, she will now defend it against Becky Lynch at SummerSlam. Lynch has been feuding with Belair for months, trying to regain the championship, and Lynch-Asuka has been a sub-feud. Lynch’s obsession with the championship isn’t going to end until she regains it, and SummerSlam should be where it happens. Then, Lynch-Asuka can become a main feud, and this time with the championship involved. Since Asuka’s return, she has had two televised singles wins over Lynch, and Lynch has had two televised singles wins over her- now it’s time for the rubber match, with the championship on the line. Lynch drops the championship to Asuka. The next challenger for the championship could be either Bianca Belair (who has a win over Asuka) or Alexa Bliss (who also has a win over Asuka), with a match between Belair and Bliss deciding who the challenger would be. Fans have not seen many Asuka-Belair or Asuka-Bliss matches, so either program would be relatively fresh.
If @BeckyLynchWWE regains the #WWERaw Women's Championship, she and @WWEAsuka can have the rubber match (they have had two televised singles wins over each other since Asuka's return to @WWE-TV) with the championship on the line. https://t.co/lbKQMmE15n

Dolph Ziggler attacked Theory during his match with AJ Styles, which led to Styles’ victory. With this being the second week in a row that Ziggler has attacked Theory, Ziggler needs to give an explanation sooner than later. A possible reason he could give is that while he earned the briefcase in 2012 by winning a qualifying match to gain entry into the “Money in the Bank Ladder” match, Theory’s opportunity was handed to him by WWE management, and he intends to make sure that Theory does not successfully cash-in. They can even go as far as having Ziggler, after these attacks prior to SummerSlam, attack Theory when he is about to cash-in at SummerSlam. Zigger can then challenge Theory to put his briefcase on the line in a match between the two, and Theory, now fed up with Ziggler’s attacks and interferences, accepts the challenge.
WWE NXT 2.0
JD McDonagh defeated Cameron Grimes
Roderick Strong defeated Damon Kemp
WWE NXT UK Tag Team Champions Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs (w/ Fallon Henley) defeated Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson)
Axiom defeated Dante Chen
Zoey Stark won a WWE NXT Women’s Title #1 Contendership Battle Royal, outlasting Alba Fyre, Amari Miller, Arianna Grace, Cora Jade, Elektra Lopez, Fallon Henley, Indi Hartwell, Ivy Nile, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Kiana James, Lash Legend, Nikkita Lyons, Sloane Jacobs, Tatum Paxley, Tiffany Stratton, Valentina Feroz, Wendy Choo, and Yulisa Leon
There is a fan video making its way around the Internet of The New Day entertaining fans during WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions / WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Usos’ entrance before a match between the two teams. The New Day lost this match, but they have a style of humor that while it doesn’t appeal to everyone, it definitely appeals to enough fans that they are one of the most popular teams in WWE. I think it’s time for tag team gold to be around the waists of Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in the near future, as I think it’s something that most fans would love to see.
During a recent interview on “Ariel Helwani Meets”, Natalya stated that she pitches ideas to Vince McMahon to elevate other talents. Apparently Natalya has a great mind for the pro-wrestling business and realizes that doing what is best for a company (in this case, having as many elevated talents on the roster as possible) benefits everyone as a whole. She is a perfect example of someone who should be getting paid a better salary, given creative control, and who the company makes sure has no interest in leaving.
Speaking of Natalya, she recently praised Bloodline members The Usos on Twitter. The Bloodline currently has an associate in Sami Zayn, but they have no associates from the women’s division. If The Bloodline wants to be dominant over all of WWE, then they need some type of representation in that division as well. The former SmackDown Women’s Champion would be a good choice for the job.
