The wrestlers of Michinoku Pro will be in action on May 6 at Hachinohe City Hasshoku Center Kitchen Hall in Hachinohe, as a part of Golden Week series 2022.

Match 1: Taro Nohashi vs. Ringo Yamatani

One day after having his debut match in Aomori against current Tohoku Junior Heavyweight Champion MUSASHI, Ringo Yamatani will step into the ring with former Tohoku Junior Heavyweight Champion and current Triple Crown Tag Champion Taro Nohashi. Despite being only in the earliest stage of his career, Yamatani is apparently not dodging top competition.

Match 2: GAINA vs. Rasse vs. Ayumu Gunji in a “Michinoku 3Way” Match

Three wrestlers who excel in tag team competition will face each other in this, “Michinoku 3Way” match, as Triple Crown Tag Champion GAINA, former two-time Tohoku Tag Team Champion Rasse, and former two-time Tohoku Tag Team Champion and former UWA World Tag Team Champion Ayumu Gunji collide.

Match 3: The Great Sasuke & Manabu Murakami vs. Brahman Shu & Brahman Kei

Brahman Shu and Brahman Kei have a history with both of their opponents. In 2008, they teamed with Manabu Murakami as members of the Hell Demons faction in Pro Wrestling El Dorado – The Next DOOR Project. In 2014, Brahman Shu & Brahman Kei began teaming with The Great Sasuke as members of the Muno Taiyo faction, eventually capturing the Tohoku Tag Team Championship and Chiba Six Man Tag Team Championship during that time. On May 6, they will again be in the ring with their two former allies, this time as opponents.

Match 4: Rui Hyugaji vs. Ken45

You can see a preview of this match by watching Michinoku Pro Wrestling Live #20, which features a Ryu Hyugaji-Ken45 match from February. They are very familiar with each other, having had been in the ring together as opponents and tag team partners multiple times over the past 13 years.

Match 5: MUSASHI & Koji Kawamura vs. Yapperman No. 1 & No. 2

As the war between New Generation and the established wrestlers of Michinoku Pro continues, MUSASHI & Koji Kawamura will go against Yapperman No. 1 & No. 2 in the main event. This will be the second time during the Golden Week series that Yapperman No. 1 & No. 2 will be facing members of New Generation, the first time being on May 4 in Akita.
